Counsellor Fees

I offer a free initial consultation of 20 mins, to get to know each other a little bit, for you to ask questions and for us to find out if we can work together. This initial consultation is free of any obligations.

Thereafter

We will talk about a contract that suits your needs. Sessions will usually be weekly at the same time and last for 50min.

Fees

£35 for the initial assessment

£55 Standard counselling rate

Student rate

£25 for the initial assessment

£45 Student counselling rate

How Often

Counselling sessions are weekly, and we will arrange a regular time to meet at the initial assessment.

The length of time you come for counselling is up to you. Initially clients often begin with a set number of sessions and review it as they go along.

Sometimes we might end earlier, when the client feels the issues they have come for have been resolved and at other times clients might want to extend until they feel ready to end.

We will discuss the length of the therapy in the initial assessment and as we go along.

Parking

For face to face sessions in Lewes, the nearest carpark is Phoenix Causeway car park, 3 min from the consultation room. And in Newhaven there is a multi-storey in the town centre, 4 mins walk away.

On Zoom

We can meet weekly at the same time on zoom if you have a confidential space.
